his cheap cheap cheap restaurant actually has terrific chili. Not by burn- your-mouth-out Tex-Mex standards, but for a good, warm, satisfying meal so cheap it's almost free, this is the place. Three kinds of chili, all of them good, and you can have it with plenty of other variations, so it's almost as if they had a menu. There are locations in Alexandria, Arlington, and Rockville, but the one I know is in Herndon.
