It's that time of the week again, time for the kick in the pants. The idea is that having somewhere to report progress will spur you on to make some. So I'm posing the question to all of us here. Did you write this week? As we have been reminded in the past, writing for the purposes of this thread can mean just about anything you want. You did some editing? Report it here. Outlining, pre-writing or any other kind of prep work? Sure, that counts too. And, of course, writing new work always counts.
I finished making my revision notes one my stand-alone novella and started into the revisions themselves last week. I got almost a third of the way through, based on current word count. Only it's getting longer as I go, particularly as I rewrite some sections from scratch. It's a process though.
I also outlined another novella, this one related to the world of my first trilogy, and a short story. I've also begun writing up an outline for a novella relating to my second trilogy. Apparently I've got these things on my brain.

Nearly 17,000 words on my new novel this weekend. Made some revisions earlier in the week. So I did write this week.

A washout. Still working sporadically on that poem I've been talking about these past weeks. I think I might've found a theme, in a real song I heard this morning, but I gotta see how it develops. (That song would be perfect, but it's not a public-domain thing, so it's out of the question.)

I'm still working on my novel. I filled in some previous scenes to further define some character motivations. Then I started on Chapter 14 and wrote 6K+ words on that so far, with more to go. I've also been refining my outline for my future chapters, trying to hone in more on the details.
I'm also waiting to hear back on my short story I submitted several weeks ago to Daily Science Fiction. They said to give them 3 weeks and it's been over that. I'm on pins and needles hoping I get good news, but ready to submit it somewhere else if they reject it.

More this week than in the previous two months. Chunks of three different books and a minor fix in a 4th. The wonders of having a good beta who says "Why did they do that??"
