I know a lot of my fans are aspiring writers. When I was starting out, I needed straightforward, practical advice on how to make a professional career, but I had to learn by trial-and-error.
Rebecca and I have teamed up with three other award-winning and international bestselling authors -- David Farland, Brandon Sanderson, and Eric Flint -- to put together an intensive, no-nonsense 3-day seminar. We'll be giving it March 19-21 at the Pasadena Convention Center.
If you're a serious writer, whether a newcomer or an established author looking to kick the career up to the next level, we hope you can join us.

Last year I did the Kris 'n Dean Show in June, and loved it. An ideal workshop for anyone who has NEVER done a workshop before, but is serious about wanting to become a pro, full-time writer. Kris 'n Dean give you the "full monty" on the business. The good, the bad, the ugly. I'd dare say it helped a few people in my class decide to NOT pursue the career. Me? I wish I'd done it ten years ago!! Awesome stuff, heck of a location, and you get two great, long-time pro writers in one package deal.

I just checked out Hawaii to see who the presenters will be and apparently it has gone out of business. I had always wanted to go. I guess I just waited too long.
