Hi, everyone. I'm new on the bulletin board. Just thought I would introduce myself. A little while ago I read Barbara Ueland's book If You Want To Write, and it completely rocked me. For the first time, I felt like dropping the pretentious mumbo jumbo and writing with freedom. So I'm totally new at this, but I am die-hard determined to continue, and I thought that the discussion group might help me hold on to that determination. Happy writing! I hope that Siligirl has plenty of editing and selling success! 2.5 years! That's awesome!

I tend to read anything I can get my hands on even wondering at times how some people managed to get published when I found quite a few flaws in the work. For me I then thought that the best way round that would be to write what I wanted to read, and so it began. Im one of those people that have ideas and then struggle to write it and then lose motivation as another idea comes to the fore. Then you discover that someone else has written a book that youve planned and then that idea goes by the wayside as if it was completed you'd worry about the damn plagarism lawsuit.
Other than that I tend to do ordinary things such as play the guitar, practice Ninjitsu and spend a great deal of my free time keeping the cats amused. Ones even taken to sitting on my lap when Im on the computer, flat on her back, legs in the air wanting her belly tickled.
