Blocks the site or the download? I am fully suited up with firewalls, anti-virus and anti-spyware and mine didn't ping it all. Perhaps zone alarm is a little too cautious?
I use avast which scans the file and it's clean, but then I use firefox with the 'no-script' add-on which also blocks any site from running scripts on my computer without my permission.
I have the file (PDF) and will send it to you (or anyone)--you can scan it with your virus checker if you want.
Try using firefox with no-script installed--from firefox add-ons--it makes surfing so much safer.
Also no-script shows me what scripts are running and the only script running on the page is the page itself. Usually if there is spyware you can see multiple scripts running on the page.

Blech. I hate Zone Alarm. And Norotn. And Symmantec. And anything else of the kind. Those programs gobble up more resources than spyware ever did.

1. Keep you OS up to date, regardless of the flavor. 2. Use a sturdy Firewall. The windows firewall is surprisingly stout. 3. Use a secure browser, I recommend Firefox. 4. NEVER use a WEP secured wireless connection. WPA or better.
