I adore this series, so reading OSC's review of Palace of Stone was a delight. I'm curious to know if he'll read Hale's latest YA book, Dangerous. I don't know if the sci-fi aspect of the superhero thriller would turn him off, but I think the character work is very fine.
(I don't ever expect him to go for the Ever After High books. While they are definitely pure marketing and pun overdosed, they also have Hale's solid characterization. But...they're pure marketing. )
(I write this post as a 27 year old male. But then, my favorite author is Jane Austen, something I have in common with OSC, so I guess that's saying something about me.)
