OK, my first landmark post!! You all may be wondering, what the heck I'm doing creating a landmark post for 500. But I am, both because it feels like a landmark to me, and because I need the practice.
I don't know how to write a realy landmark post, I dunno if I could really write my entire life story and have it be coherent, but maybe I'll try again at 1000. Instead, I'll write a little poem.
There once was a girl named Shani, Who would finish her schoolwork with glee (well, not really, but it rhymes), Now one day she looked, And her best friend was hooked On a site where discussions were plenty.
Shani signed on Hatrack as well, Discovered that schoolwork was hell, Decided to stay, Just for one more day, And maybe the next day as well...
You can guess how well that succeeded, When that small jump was all that she needed, Now she reads every thread, Makes posts till she's red, Because her good friend's "advice" she heeded!

I would just like to state that while her hatrack addiction just might possibly be my fault; her messed up priorities (ie reading hatrack when any normal person would be getting as much sleep as possible) are certainly not my doing, and I refuse to take responsibility.
