rivka, I have a favor to ask. I know this isn't completely your specialty, but I have the final draft of my appeal letteer asking for consideration. I need to have it turned in fairly soon, although the deadline is stilll 2 months away. I need to know if I will be bale to attend, because wihtout aid I probably won't be able to afford to go to LPN class this January.
It includes some very personal things that happened in my past, and as such I don't want to post it here. Would you be able to look it over and give me some input? I would really appreciate it.

I think the proper phrasing and spelling should be "make bail" not "be bale".
If you are planning to use the financial aid to make bail, those personal things in your past must be quite interesting.
Best of luck with your financial aid.
BTW, Please don't take offense, I'm really not nitpicking here. I recognize this was a very simple typo no worse than the ones I frequently post. Its just a typo that struck my funny bone.

LOL (I thought it was funny even before I saw the explanation, I don't take offense easily. At least not these days. )

Turned in my copies today, before the deadline. I had letter written by 2 people who knew me back then, plus documentation of my basic training cert and my EMT-B cert from shortly after I left school.
If that, coupled the extenuating circumstances (2 deaths and a case of mono) aren't qualifying extenuating circumstances, I'd like to know what is.

It's all good. I rewrote it to be a little less formal, but didn't change the level of detail. My friends wrote supporting documents for me, but I don't have any doctor bills or my grandama's death certificate, and I can't see how they could require that anyways.
It was 17 years ago, for heaven's sake!
