Basically I have a file and its messy I'm wondering how to better organize it using sed/grep/awk but i forgot my linux bash bible at school so could use sme guidence.

Basically a MSN chatlog I wanna organize for clarity. I'm thinking a command that puts a newline at every "Fasquardon " as a start and if I can figure out what makes the other end unique (where "Danomite *" is the sender not Fasq add a newline for clarity. I'm hinking sed 's/Fasquardon //Fasquardon \n" or something or other.
