Read this yesterday on the front page of the NYTs, and I found it absolutely fascinating. I wonder how many other applications this would have now that's it's rapidly becoming affordable, and accessible. How cool though for two teenage girls to come up with such a good idea, and really run with it.

This doesn't surprise me, about fish being mislabeled, although I seriously doubt that the sushi chefs don't know about it.
