I tried digging up the old thread where we were first discussing this, but I kept getting a "this thread does not exist" message so I thought I'd start a new one. Did anyone else pick up Paprika on DVD (or Blu-ray)?
I wasn't able to see it in the theaters (hooray for only having one theater in town show it and only show it for a week). I knew it'd be interesting though (based on Kon's other work and the trailer), so I went today and picked it up at Wal-Mart. I found it highly enjoyable, and I like how it plays a bit with what's really real and what's just a dream. I heard the movie was based on a novel by Yasutaka Tsutsui, so I may have to try and dig that up if possible. The whole story's interesting.
Anyone else care to share thoughts?

I dunno about this one, existential trips through somebody's mind via an anime conduit has yet to be interesting to me.
