I've done quite a bit of googling and I am still not sure what the heck I am supposed to do.

Background: We have a booth, with a microphone and this sound board, which a PC is connected to.

requirements: we need to be able to stream our radio show (mixed between both say the mic and whatever is being played in cd, ipod/mp3 or the computer) onto the net' and have say anyone from hatrack download a listen.pls file and play and listen in real time our show on your computer.

I have no idea how to do this and hesitent about what I have found.

Icecast can do everything you need that. What OS is the PC running?

http://www.icecast.org/ Read the docs; they're sparse, but they have all you need.
