Yep. If you're going to go on TV and pretend you know what you're talking about, it helps to check your facts.

She's talking about how Canada used to be America's best friend and greatest supporter, and no longer is. She wrongly states that Canada sent troops to Viet Nam. When she is corrected on this point, she says over and over again "I think you're wrong," thus embarassing herself.

Oh, I didn't watch it. I just assumed that she has lost any sense of shame and thus was unable to be embarrassed.

According to this article on wikipedia Ann Coulter may not have been entirely wrong.
Read it again.
I didn't say she was correct in stating that. I pointed out the article to show that there were some arguments in her defense...albeit, VERY weak arguments.

I'm sorry, but unless the 7-up spots are at a Pirate-only costume party, you do not, in fact, have an accord (though I've heard they get good gas mileage).

Basically Ann tried to use Bugs Bunny reverse psychology and hoped that he would turn around and say, "you're right they did send troops to Vietnam."

Has the world gone completely insane? (I'm referring to O'Reilly and the 'detective', not the story.)

I'm sorry, but that's just frikkin' hilarious. There is a gay gun rights group called "Pink Pistols", but my guess is that they heard about the group and made up a whole story to go with the phrase.

I think it's because the little dancing guys look like Cool Spot, the only video game ever created from a Soda (7-UP). Add to that the pirate-ish use of "accord" and their partying... and I'm still as confused as you are.

So that's why all those so called Draft Dodgers went to Canada in the 60's. They wanted a better chance to get in on the war.
