I don't understand why this author is not famous, at least in the sense that science fiction geeks know about him. He is really, truly, excellent; not only does he do the good old playing on ideas like a maestro, he does so with believable characters that I get to care about. Yet for some reason I never see him mentioned in 'recommend me an author' threads. Well, I'm changing that! Go read some of his work, today. You won't be sorry.
