Someone caught her at the "PotC 2" premiere!

So, after casting is done this fall, looks like we can expect it to lens early on in 2007. [Smile]

Any hopes on who will play the new characters?

Other than Aslan and the Pevensies, everyone will be new.

Who would you cast as:
  • Prince Caspian?
  • Dr. Cornelius?
  • King Miraz?
  • Queen Prumaprisma?
  • Trufflehunter (voice)?
  • Trumpkin?
  • Nikabrik?
  • Reepicheep (voice)?
  • Glenstorm?

Or the various other characters? (Pan, the Hag, the Bulgy Bears, the River God, etc.)

Are they really going to make movies of all/many of the Narnia books?

Walden has the film rights to all seven books, and Disney has expressed its willingness to back the franchise.

As long as the films are hits, I would expect to see the entire series.

they've done it once, I don't see any reason that the Hollywood versions shouldn't do at least decently.

I have to admit the PBS/BBC (whatever they are) versions are actually pretty good, especially considering the low budgets that they had to deal with.

PBS's version was an animated special, done by the Children's Television Workshop and the Bill Melendez studio.

The BBC version was a series of infamously low-budget live action specials.

I thought the first Narnia movie was better than the book. I'm glad if they've got the same actress to play Lucy. I thought she rocked.

Aslan is much more enigmatic in PC than he was in LWW. And Lucy gets deeper into her special connection with him. I'm hoping that comes through clear.
