I'm curious if anyone is using it, and how its been working for you. And just so this doesn't come up later, I do work for Comcast cable, and ultimately, just want to know your opinions on it (to those that have it, feel free to compare to previous services with other companies). I promise, this isn't for a report or anything I'm quoting anyone on.

One of my buddies is about to get Utopia in the next couple of months. I'll fill you in when I get more info from him about it. It's 15mbit/15mbit for $44/mo or 30mbit/30mbit for $145/mo (Business) through X-Mission as ISP. If it were available here I'd already have it.

I actually spend about 95 percent of my time in between calls on DSLreports. I was kind of looking for a more... friendly/familiar... perspective.

Verizon offers 15mb down/2mb up for less than I'm paying for Comcast cable! I'm always sad that I can't upload things faster than 45kbps on Comcast.

I wish I had it too. They don't offer DSL in my neighborhood. It's not cost effective, apparently, to bring it the extra mile or so to the 200 or so houses that will be in this development when it's done. *grumble* And the local cable company has finally started to offer high speed internet, but also are unwilling to lay the fiberoptic cables this far out. Even though we represent the most affluent area of their coverage. *double grumble*
