She is the only girl invited to his 9th birthday party. They are also in choir together and today- they sang a duet. Can you imagine how much I have to bite my tougue? I know it would scar him if I teased him, but I want to!

Mooselet is in love, too. Her name is Camryn, and she's six days younger than he. A couple days ago, he drew a picture of the two of them dancing together at their wedding (I bet you'll all be invited).
They just signed up this past week for the same kindergarten class. They might not get it (if they have to cancel one of the three classes due to too few kids, and reshuffle the remaining), but it'd be funny. Probably hell on the teacher. I wonder if we should mention that the first time his father (me) got in trouble at school, it was in kindergarten -- for kissing a girl during naptime. "Michael, please get back on your own rug." *Anyone reading anything naughty into that gets the wrath of Papa*
My oldest has decided that girls are gross, but the young one has already been engaged... several times. I always get the mothgers of wee girls coming up to me saying how their daughters want to marry Liam. O_O

*giggles* When I was three, I had a "boyfriend". I think I declared him my "boyfriend" and chased him around trying to kiss him mainly because it annoyed him so much... I lost interest when he let me catch him one day!

My first girl-boy kiss was with Michael, a fellow kindergartener. We snuck off behind the divider a few times. And then I found him kissing another girl!
>.<
I was not in the mood to share.

I remember having a crush on a few different girls at that age. I left notes in their desks before/after class, and I also had my group of followers pest/bug some of them. There was also many "Do you like me?" with a checklist notes. *sigh* Ah, to be back in elementary school.

Besides this episode Sasha already has several feminine followers. Little Caroline met him at the door one day, took his coat and lunch and put them away for him, all with an angelic smile.
That afternoon Sasha and another little boy were competing to carry her lunch box.
Oh the soap opera that is day care.

I remember my first crush... kindergarden. I forget the boy's name, though. One of my friends threatened to tell the whole class, so I hid in my cubby. Then she yelled out the boy's name, said that I liked him, and I threw up on the floor. *ashamed*
My second crush, however, was second grade. Levi Younger. cutest kid I ever knew. We'd play "Free Willy" in the base pool, where I'd be the boy and he'd be "Willy" and I'd ride around the pool on his back. Did I mention he was one strong kid?

I had a boyfriend in preschool. His name was Matt Grey, and he was the cutest boy ever. He moved away though, so we didn't get to see him. Although, my family went to see him in Belgium one year. *sigh* Those were the days.

In preschool, Megan declared me her boyfriend. She was the only girl invited to my birthday parties, and i was the only boy at hers. My mother came to eat lunch at preschool one time and sat down beside me. Megan walked up to her, got in her face and said "Hey lady! That's my seat!" at which point my mom promptly moved. We went to the same afterschool daycare. We used to lock the bathroom door and play i'll show you mine. We got in trouble alot. Then in Kindergarten we would be playing at recess, she would always want to play Garfield. This other boy in my class always got to be Odie, Megan was Garfield, and I got stuck playing Jon. It was then that i realized i may be losing my place as the only boy in her world. Suckage.
I moved away after the first grade. When I came back to visit a few years later she held my hand as we went through the cave at Casa Bonita. Sweet! I was still in!
I saw her again when i was twenty. no spark there anymore.
*Sigh* I guess preschool romances don't always last.

There is more than 1? It was in the Metro Denver area. I lived in the Mission Viejo neighborhood of Aurora, CO.

There's more than 1. There's at least 2. The other is in Tulsa. The reason I asked was because I grew up in the Tulsa area, so I was curious if it was that one you went to or not.

There is another girl who used to draw pictures of them and put them in his bag at preschool. At first, they showed stick figures of her, Liam and another boy named Adam. Gradually, Adam got farther and farther away until he fell of the page. By the end of the year she sent one with them inside a house... and I swear it looked like she had drawn a bridal veil on her stick-figure (they were always labelled with names). O_o

That's so cute!
When Dan was...between three and four, he had an imaginary wife. He'd tell us stories about her.
"My wife doesn't work. She spends all my money at Wal-Mart. Then she comes back and shows me all the toys she bought me."
Eventually, I guess he ran out of money.
"I don't have money any more. My wife works at the bank."
I guess she got tired of buying him toys.
"My wife doesn't live here any more. She moved out. I think she went to Australia."
Then one day, he forgot about her.
"What wife? I'm too young to get married."

Oh, and yes, there are two Casa Bonitas. The food is okay, but the kids love the magic show.
Edit: and after further research, it turns out that it's back to one. I haven't been there in a while, obviously.

I remember being chased by girls very clearly, until one day, I wondered what would happen if they caught me, so I stopped, and so did they, it was very awkward...

I was chased by a boy in second grade. He'd grab my arm and wouldn't let go. Eventually, I bit his hand to make him let go. He cried, and they sent me to the school counsellor, who in turn sent me to a shrink. The shrink thought the school was nuts for sending me to him.
It only just occurred to me that my tormentor, Patrick, might have thought I was cute. O_O Me, I had a thing for a boy named Shannon who was so shy I think I only ever heard him speak once in the whole year of school.
Robert only invited one girl to his last birthday party. "She's really cool and smart," was the reason he gave. It was true. Last year his Young Writer's story came in third place and hers came in second. He was so proud. "My story placed right behind Mackinzie's, so I know it was really good."

Huh. My first crush happened in 4th grade. I told my best friend, Abby, that I liked Matt, and Abby told EVERYONE in our class. It wasn't until well into high school that I told anyone about another crush. By then, I was used to having crushes on five or six boys and a few girls, all at the same time.

Ah, I'm sad to hear the Tulsa one closed its door. It was a nice place; I went there at least twice in my life. *shrugs* Oh well, I guess that's life.
