I never cease to giggle at the links to Ginger Spam Salad in the spam folder of my gmail account.

A friend and I were on a roadtrip this summer. We had passed through several states and had noticed billboards for museums of every type. As we were driving through Minnesota we saw a billboard for the Spam Museum. We looked at each other surprised that such a thing existed, we just couldn't believe it. We got a little further down the road and there was another billboard, it said, "We don't know what to think either." We started giggling. Then we tried to guess what might show up in a Spam museum. The final billboard absolutely cracked us up, it said, "Come on, it's free." We had to stop. We pulled off the freeway and followed the signs. The man at the securty station (yes, there was a security station at the museum) informed us that we were too late, the museum was closed but we could go in the parking lot and take a picture of the statue of the pigs out front. We did, and we took a picture of the parking places with SPAM written in yellow. We also got a picture of the restaurant accross the street that served...you guessed it, Spam. My friend was so disappointed that we didn't get to go inside that she is on a campaign to get me to agree to fly out to Minnesota for the sole purpose of going to the Spam Museum. She also sends me Spam through company mail...cans of Spam. So, does anyone have any good Spam recipes? Because I have lots of Spam and no idea what to do with it.
