AOL Fantasy Hockey

Anyone interested in forming our own league? I've never done a fantasy league before but it looks like a lot of fun. Who's in?

Do they have fantasy bowling?

Fantasy beach volleyball?

Fantasy surfing?

Beach volleyball is--though admittedly with rather small teams. [Smile]

The first two are, but there aren't all that many people on each team. There might be surfing teams, too, but I don't know.

Fantasy Fantasy-Novel-Writing? I'll pick JK Rowling for the sad bits, Steven Brust for the humor, and OSC for the religious metaphors. Make your picks and see whose Fantasy Fantasy Novel winds up with the best combination of elements!

Ha! Your Wings can't buy teams any more so all you've got left is fantasy, eh? [Razz]

I've never done anything like this, but I'd probably be in for it if there was enough interest.

I won last year...I took no one, and that's who the leading scorer was, and the leading goalie too. [Big Grin]

Please, the Wings could win with what they have now, and they're 7 million under the cap.

After they get Datsyuk back, and maybe pick up a couple players to even out the lines, we'll be better than the average contender. I just wish we could have had a more solid goalie, no offense of Ozzie, he certainly did us right in the 90's.

But is that all? two or three people? I think we need more than that to make a league work. We still have a couple weeks.

I could do one more league, although I'd prefer if it was on the Yahoo system so they'd all be the same.

Yeah, would be best to have all the leagues in the same place. I myself have a yahoo public league, but I would probably pay more attention if it were hatrackers who were my competitors.

I've been out of watching hockey so long I wasn't sure who do draft, so I pretty much just drafted my new favorite Penguins players [Smile] .
