This is the best romantic comedy I've seen in a long time. The premise seems improbable, parts are predictable, but.... I just loved the characters and whole heartedly rooted for them.
At one point, the theatre audience gave a combined "Yes/Yay!" and applause. At the end of the movie, most of the audience applauded. Several commented that they would come and see the movie again.
Reese Witherspoon was good as the controlling, work-a-holic who is in denial about the condition of her life. Mark Ruffalo's character was completely engaging. Both sympathetic and funny; he made the movie for me.

We saw it last night, and I agree with LadyDove's review. Improbable, some parts predictable, but entirely charming.
