I know I brought this up once before, but I'm going to again. This artice lists the three major symptoms of ADHD/ADD. And I seem to have all three. Good, Bad, Ugly, or Worse? I don't know. But I'm becoming more and more sure that I have it.

Its important not to self-diagnosis. Alot of people fit the ADD profile but don't be medication, just need more awareness. If you're concerned, make an appointment with a trusted physician.
