My dad and sister were in Egypt all of last week, as a present for Maya's bat mitzvah. They came back yesterday, and handed out presents to all.
They got me a beautiful scarf, and a notepad of papyrus paper.
My sister also collected all the complimentary shampoo bottles from their hotel, and presented them all to me in a bag.

Raia, that is very cool. If I wasn't about to die, stupid migrane pills make me so tired, I would be jealous.

I'm jealous. I don't have a sister.. unless you count my two neighbor sisters? They're actually ex-neighnors now.
I have lots of scarves, so that's okay. But I love the papyrus paper! I wonder if they have that stationery store there

I don't like Egypt. It's overly commercialised, like Eilat, and I refuse to go there ideologically.
Of course, my ideology is that hot and dy places will not be overly-attended by me during daytime, particularly deserts. That's why I'd like the Dead Sea area to be always in dusk's mist, in Springtime's weather.
I never fancied the West ever since Salah' A-ddin (aka: "SALADIN") died. I preferred the classical times' (that's around 70-90 BCE) East (the eastern bank of the Jordan - as I've only been on the western one - and Babylon).
And do you really trust those EGYPTIAN hotel shampoos?

I read enough books and seen enough films to image it in my mind. It's all utopian, tohugh, so it's a little inaccurate. Don't ruin The Dream!!! (That was a pun, Raia. I'm not quite facing God in the sky, but still.)
The thought always counts, but the shampoo quality doesn't! And what' this "play" I didn't hear of? Ahem, where do I buy tickets?

Anyway, the film starts in 5 minutes, Shani. Turn on Channel 2 (/22).
I need to start acting myself. I have a wasted talent, I don't have StageFright(R) and I've been good at speeches, lectures, public meetings and TV. I want something serious, not school plays. Maybe a drama, or a nonscripted show like "Curb Your Enthusiasm". I don't want to go through the amateur <insert ugly words that mean the substance one excretes> and that bureaucratic <insert a word less vulgar, but equally meaning droppings>!
Anyway, good luck in Aladdin to deine sister. (Searches Arabic schoolbook's definition for "Din".)

Ah the things that I will miss while I am gone! So what kind of shampoo is complemetary in Egypt? Do you take off the top and it tells you how silky your hair is? I have to say that after the 1000 camel incedent you probably don't need any more ego stroking!
It sounds like your sister loves you an you have a close relationship, that is very precious since the interfamilial conflict is so tragic!
Think if you had a Quara or a Peter to contend with!
