I've thought about changing my monaker for a long time but it's just too unique to part with. So sorry.
The name comes from my occupation. I work with very large computer systems. Those systems must be backed up onto computer tapes for emergencies and/or disasters. I am the All-Knowing Tape Guy here where I work. The tapes are similar in appearance to the old 8-track tapes, yet they hold more than 1 Terabyte of data. For you non-computer geeks, that's over 1 TRILLION bytes of data.....or you could just say 'Lots'.
I've lived in the Salt Lake Valley my whole life (except for the 2 years I spent in Ecuador). And that's about it.

My brother turns 30 this year and went on his mission to Ecuador. Did you know Elder Kent Pilkington?

Welcome, TapeGuy Are you a big fan of Red Green and, if so, do you do a lot of random duct taping?
