You know, seriously...I *wish* my mother were a lesbian...because I hate her boyfriend, and love her one friend enough to wish that she was dating her.

1. My mother's dead, so it would mean my beliefs about the afterlife are very, very, very, very wrong.
2. If she were still alive, considering they had a happy marriage for the first 25 years, my parents would probably still be married. If she announced that, that means my parents would probably be getting divorced, my little brother would have to choose where to live, my dad would be devastated, and we would all have to deal with the fact that my mother had been lying to us about everything for years. Frankly, I'd be pissed for a very long time.
