Yep, it's the one with Ross' sandwich. Phoebe wrote him a note on his sandwich and people were afraid of him at work. It was right after Thanksgiving, and it was right before Ross found out that Monica and Chandler were dating.

And I find it really scary that I knew that off the top of my head, and when I looked it up, even had the name of the episode right.

Yeah... Well, the one with the poker was the best one I've seen in a while.
Chan: "You're still all over her, aren't you?" Ross: "What? Over who?" Chan: "D, the sarcastic sister from 'What's Happening?'."
***
Joey: "It just happens to be that we know no women who know how to play Poker." Rach: "Oh, come on! That's not an excuse-" Ross: "Ah, excuse me, do any of you know how to play?" Monc: "No! But you could teach us!" Guys: "No!"
***
Ross: "Rach (see Footnote 1), we've got to settle." Rach: "Settle what?" Chan: "The Jamestown Colony of Virginia. You see, King George is giving us the land, so..." Ross: "The game, Rachel; the game."
*** Phoe: "Just that you'll know: this money is cursed." Joey: "Huh?" Phoe: "Yes, so bad things will happen to he who spends it." Chan: "Oh, that's OK; I'll take it. Bad things happen to anyway, so I can break them up with a movie." Ross: "And that leaves the big, Green, Poker Machine, who owes fifteen..." Rach: "Mmm. So typical! Oh, I'm a man! Oh, I have a penis! Oh, I have to win money to exert my power over women."
***
Monc: "What happened?" Joey: "We were playing poker, and the Three had chocolate on it, so it looked like an Eight." Ross: "Yeah. He showed them and said- 'read 'em and weep'." Chan: "And then he did!"

Footnote 1: Is "Rach" the right way of spelling what sounds like 'Raytsh'?

I've seen it spelled Rache or Rach. Neither really captures the pronunciation, but then again, so few English words do.

Rache looks too much like "Raysh" to me. I'd go with Rach; in context, people will know what you're saying.
