What a sick sick man! The thing is, they say they can't arrest him because Thailand has no laws to prosecute people who "deliberately spreading HIV."
Grr..Once someone dies from his actions, isn't it murder? Since a lot of the women were 15-17 years old, don't they have statutory-rape laws they can use against him?
