Since I started working for Cracker Barrel, they've tried almost half a dozen times to find a spare night maintenance guy in case Butch or I have a problem--if we get sick or something, the managers don't want to have to do our job. Last night, the fifth (or is it sixth?) guy didn't show up after a disagreement with the head manager.
Now janitorial work isn't exactly peaches and cream, but I'm satisfied for now, and the job market is pretty barren. Am I missing something?
