I am sitting at a table in taco bell killing time posting on the internet. Something just seems really strange about being online in a taco bell.

gainesville, FL

It is a college town...there is quite a bit of wireless access. You can even get wireless access outside if you are in the main part of campus. This taco bell is on campus, it not only has wireless access, but a big screen TV. [Smile]

I doubt I will ever post from my bathroom...I suppose I could since I have a wireless network in my apartment...but I have never actually chosen to bring my laptop into my bathroom with me.

I am currently posting from work in my pajamas.

Does that count for anything?

Yes, I was definitely ahead of the curve in wireless bathroom posting.

Hey, Gainesville is where my husband (!!!) is from! They must be a pretty enlightened town to have wirelessed their Taco Bells... [Wink]

nah, I had to go to class...that is now done with, now I am in the Student Union. They have been working on the airconditioning system in the psych building so I don't feel like sitting in my office

lol, one of these days we will be posting online at the same time and find out we are using the same access point on campus

I find it really amusing that the first place in town chez moi to offer wireless access was Arby's.

lol, that seems even stranger than taco bell.

Most the coffee shops and bookstores in gainesville have wireless access (though some make you pay). There is even a bar near me that has free wireless access.
