I've always been suspicious of Ticketmaster's "find best seat" function. Given that Ticketmaster charged me $3 to email me my ticket, I have trouble believing Ticketmaster has my best interest in mind.
If you have to choose between
floor 5, row A, seats 2-1 (Ticketmaster's pick)
or
floor 1, row B, seats 15-16
which one would you pick? I don't know if the seats numbers starts from left to right. Here's a Map of the venue.

Well, the floor 1 seats might be too far off to the side to get a good view of the stage. But personally, I'd probably take those.

That's why I can't understand why Ticketmaster picked a seat in Floor 5 instead over a seat in Floor 2. Unless there is something about concert seating I don't understand, I think Ticketbastards are giving me the wrong suggestions!

Good point PH. But for that to make sense, the seating numbers would have to start from right to left. Is that how seats are numbered in theaters?

I want to say that if you're facing the stage, the seating is numbered left to right. But I really don't know; it's floor seating, which generally means something along the lines of plastic chairs. You also can't tell how many seats are in each row, so 15 from the left might be kind of far over.
But like I said, I'd probably take the gamble on those seats.
