And what a wonderful movie it is, based on the trailer and the early buzz surrounding this film.
Critic Eric Snider observed: "The film will speak most to people of Braff's generation (in their late 20s now), as it deals with the loneliness inherent in their post-college, pre-marriage state (a condition that often lasts 10 years or longer). One's cluelessness about what to do with one's life can only be compounded by returning home and finding things as insane and unrelatable as ever. What "Garden State" shows is that there's a light at the end of the tunnel, and that life can be pretty amusing in the meantime."
Sounds like the perfect movie for me. *sigh*
Natalie Portman and Ian Holm are also in this movie, proving that Star Wars and LOTR can peacefully coexist in the same universe, even though LOTR kicks harder ass.
edited to add in the buzz.

Oh, I was assuming you meant the guy that plays Dr. Cox, who has made about a million movies. But it's cool that the other guy is. I like him. Hope it's good.

Hey, I saw the trailer finally. It looks really good, and I just love that guy's acting. Scrubs is the only show we watch every week. If he turns out to be a good director, then I would put myself on an official fanlist.
