As a warning, there's a decent number of videos on that sight that aren't exactly wholesome... so yah... if you're concerned, don't go clicking on each one.

It's definitely possible for some people to contort their faces that way, but I've never seen it done that quickly. I think it was really done over a period of about 3 or so minutes, and they sped it up before they put it on the website.

Faces are real, but strong together or speeded up artificially. I'm sure frame-by-frame analysis would demonstrate it easily. Still cool, but not as cool as the french guy with horns all over his body playing classical music with them.
Dagonee P.S., flaming melon is my favorite so far, mainly because it's much more appealing to see idiocy rewarded than freak accidents.
