Is the some technique or exercise that could make it were i could breath deeper without having to think about breathing deeper? Breathing normaly my breaths a very short and shallow. Thanks in advance all that can/will help [Hail]

Try abdominal and diaphragmatic breathing exercises. Eventually, as it begins to feel more natural, you'll find yourself breathing more deeply even when you aren't deliberately trying to.

Yeah. Starting to pay a lot of attention to your breaths will help, and after a while it comes naturally. I've gotten to a point with my asthma where my breaths are generally sufficent to power my body without me having to think about it...
