It's started already.

Where I work, we have three buildings just here in downtown -- all connected. I service machines in all of them.

And every department this week (and probably next) has FOOD. Brownies, Christmas candies, cookies, hot cider, holiday fudge, etc. etc. etc...

I'm browsing from one end of the day to the other (they always insist I have some after I fix their PC).

Man, that diet is just going to have to wait until AFTER the holidays. On the up side, don't have to spend any money for lunch..... too full....

Nice. We just did our holiday desert day yesterday (yes, they schedule what days to bring in treats at work).

I can't remember what's going on for the rest of the month - I'm just happy I get to dress down.

Do you mean grazing?

Browsing always connotes to me "looking, but not touching." Whereas grazing has the connotation of just moving through an environment filled with stuff to eat...and actually eating it.

Anyway, I'm thinking this is a bad time to diet even when you stay in one office. Our people keep making their favorite holiday treats and bringing the stuff in here for all to ingest.

I love it!

I am contributing to the problem at our high school tomorrow by giving the teachers Christmas cookies.

I get the teachers high on sugar and send them off to class.

Food is good, free food is better, food that they pay you to graze on is best.

My wife is an admin assistant for a small special school.

That means she is a secretary plus most of the students know her.

That means she comes home with boxes (as in moving boxes) filled with candies, cookies, and small trinkets.

I love my wife.

A teacher at my school had a pot of gourmet coffee in class the other day and as a Christmas gift/treat, let all who wanted some get a cup o'joe.

Silly new teachers. [Evil Laugh]

I used to just eat little things all day long, but that all changed when I came to college... I eat on this weirdly regular schedule now... But I think I'm gonna fudge it a lot when I go home...

Yeah, that's cool, but I get to eat pizza whenever we screw up your order. [Cool]

Yeah, you hear me: I benefit off my mistakes as well as my successes! So ha!
