They have come out with a movie, " The Gospel of John " and have been advertising it on a radio station recently. They have this man with a deep bass-godlike-voice giving out these pious statements about John and to a lesser extent, about the movie.

However, since its a movie, it has to have all the legal mumbo-jumbo any movie advertisement needs. The advertisement ends with this God-like voice says,

"THE GOSPEL OF JOHN! NOT APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDEN UNDER 15."

I find that hilarious.

Having said that, there's a video out there called The Lamb of God that every discreetly and movingly depicts the crucifiction. It turned my stomach the first time. [Eek!]
