Nothing beats a Futurama marathon. Unless it's a Futurama marathon with food. But while enjoying the many faces of Fry, I have come to the conclusion that the electronics I own like to screw with my mind. As proof I offer you:
1) My TV No matter what I do my TV insists on telling me what every word on screen is in Spanish. Is this its way of telling me to take Spanish instead of Japanese? I'll never know...But at least I know how to say probulator in Spanish. El probulator.
2) My computer My friend and I spent 10 minutes trying to get my computer to recognize the signal his Airport card was putting out. And then without doing anything, it decides to notice it. I swear it was silently laughing at us.
3) My antenna Well, my antenna isn't really screwing with my mind. It's just being annoying. I have a $20 antenna that gets me a fuzzy NBC with sound, at least. I ordered a $65 antenna that is amplified in hopes of getting better reception. So i set the thing up and turn to NBC. And what do I find? The signal is WORSE with the amplified antenna. Gah!
And, lastly, I leave you with a quote from Futurama: "Fry, why must you analyze everything with your relentless logic?"
