Saxon, I am glad you clarified that. I was beginning to wonder if there was something Papa Moose hadn't told me...

Well Ralphie, I'd love to stay and prove that I'm cooler than you, but I've got to go hang out with twinky, Pod, Jaiden, Ophelia and perhaps Thalia.

rivka came by for a little while and gave a very interesting lesson on her religion. She was also a great sport about Paul's "who's on first" creative hearing.
Mike and Julliette (saxon and wife) were wonderful. Oddly enough, Mike is working at the same company as one of my favorite people. Julliette is sweet, gutsy, articulate and beautiful. She really should be on Hatrack.(Hint/Nudge)
Papa Moose, Ralphie and Dan just feel like family. Everyone knows Moose is brilliant and a terrific father who thinks that his wife it just about the most amazing person in the world. I didn't know he also has a wickedly subtle and hillarious sense of humor. Between, Papa, Ralphie and Dan, I had to hold my sides because they hurt from laughing so much.
Dan is also amazing. Charismatic, articulate and funny, he and Ralphie are the definition of the perfect couple. They are completely "in love" and "in like" with each other.
Ralphie.. well, what can I say. Her intelligence, common sense and sense of fairness, along with her ability to look for the best in people, has always inspired me through her posting style and content. Ralphie in person is all of that and more.
Love ya Toni. I just wish you and Dan lived closer.

Alas, that is unfortunately not the case, Zotto. In fact, I'm more than positive that when this guy sits down and contemplates his lot in life he thinks, "Well, damn, at least I'm not Ralphie."
Bob t. Lawyer - Okay. We tie for cool.
Pixie - You're right. I frequently AM prostrate. Very appropriate.
The SoCal Hatrackers - You guys ROCK. LadyDove - Thank you guys again for being so amazing hospitable. For letting us fiesta and siesta at your pad. We appreciate and love you guys.
Scott - The Cult of Dan and Ralphie is built on a foundation of faith, spiritual enlightenment and sending us money. Lots and lots of money.

Hi, I am saxon75's wife, Juliette, formerly known to some as jsaxon. Just wanted to say that Shinda II was a blast. Thank you LadyDove and Paul for your hospitality! It was wonderful to meet all of you that were there. Toni, I had such a great time with you on the slide, thanks for the peer pressure! Posts: 38 | Registered: Aug 2003

LD, I'll have to pay closer attention next time. I hadn't realized you were out so far, then, didn't realize I'd practically be in your backyard. (those wiffle balls might have been mine)

I got some pretty good post-waterslide photos of Ralphie at the Shinda. I'll put them, along with the other Shinda pics, on foobonic as soon as I can get off my lazy butt and do it, but for now, you'll just have to make do with this.

I have to admit, I love seeing my wife in print. Although I do love just seeing her; she's real purty. Posts: 4534 | Registered: Jan 2003

Thank you. I love seeing you too. I think this is a little too mushy though. We don't want to make people sick. And besides you're making me blush. Posts: 38 | Registered: Aug 2003

I should probably check with Juliette, too, now that I think of it. I don't think any of them are particularly scandalous, but I suppose it would be best to get the OK first.

There's not a snowball's chance in hell I'm linking it, but there is a VERY horrific pic of me in the SoCal Hatracker's Get-together album that has an extremely funny "story behind" it.
Just remember to look at all the other Ralphie approved pics at least twenty times after to brillo-pad the image from your mind.

You know, Toni, I can't, for the life of me, even begin to figure out which picture you're talking about. I mean, there's one where there's something weird happening behind you, and there's one that includes your behind in the title, but I'd hardly call either of them "horrific."
