Um, I don't see how that gives the military a bad image.
Now, if you want a nasty image story, I could tell you the time I had a police line-up in my hotel lobby with copious city police, RCMP, military police, and mall security keeping everything in line while the rape victim stood in the back office behind the two-way mirror identifying her rapists.
