This means the ability to envision the house in other ways gives a buyer a good advantage.
This time if we sell it won't be a problem - we've got paint and carpet less than a year old, and a ceramic smoothtop stove/over-the-range microwave less than two months old. Plus a very nive built-in desk by yours truly.
