I have have been feeling really old lately. I know 17 is no where near old but I just never actually thought I would grow up. Posts: 1015 | Registered: Aug 2004

I wasn't complaining, thank you very much. I was just curious if Annie thought I was ancient, since she's old. Posts: 7954 | Registered: Mar 2004

The number of 15 year olds surprised me. I didn't think many people on Hatrack were younger then me.

You know, I never really thought anyone would successfully pull off an A/S/L thread here on Hatrack. Maybe it only worked because Icarus was trying (and, it should be noted, dismally failing ) to be funny?
DisneyReporter is the youngest member we've got right now, that I'm aware of. S/he is either 12 or 13--I can't remember which.
As for me, the details of my life are quite inconsequential.

I think Icarus gets by with an A/S/L thread because we know him - he's been around awhile. It isn't like a newbie just popping into Hatrack and saying "Hi, by the way, what is your A/S/L?"
This really isn't much different than the birthday thread, or the "how old are you" thread, or the Faction thread (locations), etc.

Hey! What about, like, Legoman and his sister? (I can't remember her SN.) They have only posted a couple of times but they are members!

Farmgirl, I get that all the time. Although I do believe I must look pretty old. Keeping the beard going helps that along, too.

Mooselet has also posted once or twice. He's 3. I think his dad helps him with his spelling, though.

If you guess I'll happily reveal my age. You should know about how old I am, Farmgirl, but I'll give you a hint--there is a very good reason why dkw knows my birthday.

She is very much a Scorpio (if you do that sort of thing). She is firstborn (older than you) -- very exacting (she's a CPA, and CFO of a company), very driven, very careful with her money, with her time, and with her emotions. The exact opposite of me... <grin> Don't know how much of those are just firstborn traits, and how much is the November thing....
Farmgirl (oh, and because MY firstborn son is a November 16th birthdate -- I see all the same traits in him....)
