I'll be in - if it can be expanded internationally
[Smile]

Of course, the person I'm giving to won't get their present for at least couple of weeks...

We've got quite the good number of Jatraqueros registered, and I'll be sending out names on Monday.

So it's not too late to sign up! Email me at annekemajors@yahoo.com today or tomorrow and we'll get you in on this action.

Last night I was watching a Secret Santa exchange, and I realized that, as difficult a time as I have getting gifts for people, I still want to do this.

Just whoever gets me, be aware that it'll be a while before I'm actually back at the address I'm giving you (because I'd really rather not have to explain to my parents that I'm giving their address to internet-people). So if I'm not thanking you or anything, it's just that I haven't gotten home yet. [Smile]

Also, can everyone who doesn't have interests listed in their profile please add them or post them here? I am not sure what to get my person b/c they haven't listed any there. I've been trying to go over their threads and posts to no avail.

I will, of course, love and cherish anything my Secret Santa sends me. But if he or she is needs some specific ideas, here you go:

  • funny coffee mugs
  • Schoolhouse rock paraphernalia (but I already have the dvds and cds)
  • 80s tee shirts (Dukes of Hazzard, The Goonies, Bon Jovi, etc.)
  • Onion stuff (as in the publication)
  • picture frames
  • striped socks
  • any kind of books
  • anything handmade

Books. Mmmmmmmmmm, books. <drool>
Music, but only good music [Wink]
Games of all stripes.

Things to know about me:

I use a Mac.
I don't have a VCR.
I'm Canadian.

On the off chance that whoever got me doesn't know me (seriously, who doesn't know me?), some hints:

  • I'm not picky.
  • Get me anything.
  • Seriously, I mean it, anything.
Hope that helps.

I gave her a sock once with a poem. Made her day. I wonder if she still has that sock.

You gave her a sock?

That would make me wonder who you gave the other sock to.

Would also make me wonder when it was cleaned last.

My wants:

1) Your favorite music. (Cassette, cd, mps, what ever format)
2) A good book that I havn't mentioned.
3) Puzzles or magic tricks (not that kind of trick Ralphie. for shame on you.)

ooh - if you do get a Bob Ross master paint set, can I have it? [Smile] Anything with Bob's face on it would be great, actually.

My likes:

Things with pages
Things that make noise
Brightly colored things
Things in French
Mexican groceries
Pictures of Germanic children

If I get a Bob Ross Master Paint Set, I'm keeping it. I have a wall in my living room that needs a certain look of a picture, and I can't find it anywhere. I'm starting to realize I may have to paint them.

Which is fine, except I paint slowly. And layerly. And more slowly.

Sadly, I couldn't if I wanted to. I did finally break down and bought one in order to watch The West Wing first season on DVD, but it's not hooked up to anything because there's no room in my living room.

No internet at home, either. It's like living in a cave. When I'm home, I play music and wear out my cell phone.
