Almost every phrase was directly opposite the authors meaning. Which is the general definition for "out of context."
I just shuffled phrases, I didn't make up any.

Yes but with out of context statements, you take a statement meant to mean one thing, then restate it only pointing out that it can be taken in a dirty way.
