Out of curiosity, if you made a song about a celebrity and had it be a tongue in cheek discussion of who they are and what they have done, could you be sued?

I think these questions will eventually be asked:
Is this celebrity public because they brought celebrity on themselves, like in show business or politics?
Are you acting with malice?
Are you making money?
Are you diverting income from that celebrity?
Are you inflicting distress (for example, suggesting that said celebrity screwed his own mother in an outhouse at age 13, as Larry Flynt had Jerry Falwell saying in a parody interview)?
That being said, you have a lot of leeway, especially if you're ripping on a politician.
