Wow! That looks great. Might have to stop by on the way to work tomorrow. Cool. Yum. There goes my diet. Guess I can just run an extra 5 miles. Excellent!

I really hate how "they" get all in a tizzy over food items like that on a menu. If you don't want it, don't order it! But leave me alone if I want it.

I'd be less worried about the calories than the cholesterol. Ouch! My heart hurts just looking at that!

I like eggs occasionally. I've been eating a lot more since I was pregnant and am now nursing. But, I mean, why does one person need two eggs, three slices of bacon, a sausage patty, and two slices of cheese on a roll? A big roll? One person? And all the bacon and sausage are fried and everything. Just ouch.

Ketchupqueen, all of the items described on that sandwich are eaten by those who are on the Amish diet. It's just that not many people work their fannies off from sunup til sundown anymore. http://walking.about.com/cs/measure/a/amish010704.htm

Hmmm. Interesting. I'm on the "Baby Sucking the Life Out of Me" diet. It seems to work; I weigh less now than when I was married.

I didn't dip below the pre-marriage weight until I had been nursing for 9 months, so that's a total of, what, 18 months of time and exhaustion invested in it? No, it's not worth it, not just to lose weight.
(It's worth it for other reasons, don't get me wrong. But it's very tiring, as I'm sure you remember well.)

So am I the only one who clicked on the Monster Thickburger link? Seriously, though, I do think breakfast should be 1/3 of your daily calories. If it weren't for the bun and the processed meats and the American cheese, I'd eat that. I'll have a little processed meat for flavor, but 4 servings is too many.

We've been making killer "sausage" and egg sandwiches with english muffins, a patty and a half (although that's Tom -- I usually leave off the half, but he says then there's too much bread) of Morningstar's breakfast patties, one egg and a slice of American cheese.
I've never liked egg sandwiches before now *laugh* and its a big change from my oatmeal or cereal and banana.

I think some people have high cholestorol naturally. I know many people who exercise their behinds off, eat a low fat diet, and still have high counts.

Serum cholesterol doesn't just come from dietary cholesterol. Most cholesterol is manufactured by the liver in response to excess calories of all varieties, and also stress which is why the processed meats are not so good. Well, they taste good, but you know what I mean.

My meal of choice is usually a fried egg with 2 slices of bacon on english toast. Or 2 or 3 scrambled eggs with chopped kielbasa and parmesean cheese. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Yum!

I never get breakfast from BK since they only serve it in the mornings...I like to get as much sleep as possible, and stopping by somewhere for breakfast before I go into the office would just cut into my sleep time.
I do go to Denny's sometime...because they serve breakfast food late at night. Nothing like an omlet at 2 in the morning
