Well, I haven't been posting much lately, but I think I'm getting better now, so I probably will pick up my activity again.
The day before Thanksgiving, I had surgery on my right hand that left me with a cut across my palm and up my index finger and thumb. Just a reoccuring problem to fix some scar tissue, a lipoma and a small fibrous mass. Hurts like the dickens and now after about three weeks of physical terapy, I can bend my fingers and thumb on that hand well enough to type.
They couldn't get everything taken care of this time, however, as some of the old scar tissue had been wrapped around a nerve and artery in my index finger. But, on the advice of the hand specialist, we aren't going to have this worked on ever again. Count me as very relieved.
Oh yeah, I also decided that since life was going to be pretty sucky for a bit, I'd go ahead and do that quitting smoking thing. Well, I'm in my fourth week now and the cravings still hit from time to time, but I've got hope.
Oh well, that's my update, glad to be back a bit more.

I'm glad you are doing better! Maybe we could vicariously do our physical therapy togther. Youare welcome to do mine for me, actually, as it involves a lot of stomach crunches.
