Anyone have a good recipe for mutton curry?
Hubby went and bought some, and now I gotta cook it. He says that mutton is expensive because it's a delicacy, and if I cook it right, I'll see what he means.
I think mutton is just old, mean, ornery goat, and what's so special about that?
But seriously, I need a good recipe. Anyone have one?

Mmmm... curry! Today is Wednesday, which is my day for going shopping and getting carry-out for dinner. Yum!

You could go to www.recipezaar.com. They have, when I looked, 29 recipes including mutton, with at least one specifically for mutton curry.

Man, anybody who said something like that to me would be cooking it themselves.
Oh, and, I like lamb, too.

Megan, thanks. I looked and I found and I'm delighted. I have to buy a few things, but it looks good and about what I was looking for, too. I preferred a curry with yoghurt in it, and found one. So, thanks! I'll let you know how it goes.
Eljay - I understand the sentiments, believe me, I do. But it's Ramadan, the month of fasting, and he's tired, irritable, and doesn't eat enough at all right now, so I'm pretty much willing to do anything that will result in him eating more. That includes getting up at 4:30 to make breakfast for him, simply because if I do, he eats way way more than if he does it himself.
This month, he gets away with a whole heck of a lot.
