A 24 year old with essentially no financial experience (he's getting a "crash course" in it) is in charge of setting up the Iraqi stock market.

There are probably a few dozen people on this board with more practical and theoretical knowledge of stock markets than this guy.

Heh, crap. Still, a delay can be recovered from -- and with the sheer wealth of the region, I don't think the guy can screw it up that badly, unless he forces contracts to overpriced American companies rather than developing an economy in Iraq itself.
