Just received official confirmation from RiverWalk Journal. They publish poetry and fiction as well (non-genre fiction) and they're apparently easy to please. They're also willing to work with inexperienced authors, so perhaps others here should try writing for them. Just look at their guidelines first.

They (RWJ editorial staff) really do try and work with you. Last night I bounced the structure of the next piece off them for their input, and received a reply this morning. Now, it pretty much said "we agree" but they did respond, and they did turn it around pretty quickly.
