Here is a link to download a quick and dirty novel outlining workshop I created based upon an author's methods as presented by Anne Greenwood Brown in the June 29th, 2011 post on the Writer Unboxed blog, located at Writer Unboxed . Feel free to use it as you wish, but please always reference the author of the original post as I have, if you distribute this workshop.

The workshop is meant to be completed in groups of 3-4 persons; each creating an outline and critiquing the others' efforts every week.

Thanks, Mike. Checking it out for the next effort, though I'm quite a pantser, so no idea if it'll work for me but glad to have the resource.
