Thank you to those who so bravely post their 13 on this site. It really helps me to improve my own work when I see the examples of others.

Haha, its not easy, but worth it.

I work out a lot and I recognize some problem areas I need to work on at the gym. But it is still hard to hear someone else point them out to me, even if it motivates me more to focus and improve myself.

Agreed. Even if I don't have time to post a response I've found it beneficial to just look at a fragment and think about it critically, or review what others have said. Learning something like, say, the difference between show and tell has been much easier with examples.
