Found this tool, again by Stumbling, for "reinforcing" your writing word goals. Pretty funny in the Kamikaze mode where your writing starts un-writing itself if you slack off.
Also looks like a few NaNo writers have tried it out.

So that's what happened! I tried the Kamikaze mode the other day and couldn't figure out why my bottom lines were disappearing. I started pressing Ctrl+A Ctrl+C in between typing as a precaution.
The normal mode is funny. I hadn't noticed the pause button (you can tell how attentive I am) the first time I used the tool, so when my husband called in the middle of a session, a song about banana phones interrupted him.
The lesson for you all: Learn the settings! Don't be like me.

LOL! Yeah the pause button only works once during the writing session so be careful. He might end up hearing Rick Astley if he were to have phoned a second time!
